TURN AROUND TIME

At Stable Stitchery, I guarantee a four-month turnaround from the date your
piece is received. At this time, I am unable to accommodate "rush" orders.
This policy ensures each piece receives the care and attention required to
achieve a heritage-quality finish that stands the test of time.

CANVAS LIMIT

Stable Stitchery will accept a maximum of six canvases from a stitcher at any
given time. This ensures each piece receives the attention it deserves and
maintains a timely turnaround for all clients.

SHIPPING

Clients are responsible for shipping costs and insurance when sending items
to Stable Stitchery. Return shipping and insurance are charged at a flat rate
of $15. Stable Stitchery is not liable for loss or damage during shipping, and
insurance on inbound shipments is highly recommended.

BLOCKING & CARE

Stable Stitchery is not responsible for loss, damage, or colorfastness issues
that may occur during blocking or finishing. All pieces are handled with care,
but risks remain with delicate or non-colorfast materials.

COMMUNICATION

Once you've approved your final estimate, your pieces will be added to my
finishing queue, and work will begin. Progress updates will be provided
within 2 business days of an inquiry. For updates, please email
update@stablestitchery.com. Text messages and phone calls are reserved for
new client inquiries and when your project is ready for pickup or shipping.

PRICING & PAYMENT

A final estimate will be provided upon receiving your piece and must be
approved before work begins. Payment is due upon completion, and items
will be either shipped or made available for pickup once payment is
received. Local pickup orders or orders shipped within the state of Utah
are subject to applicable sales tax.

FINAL SALE NOTICE

All sales are final. Once a project is completed and payment has been
received, no refunds, exchanges, or returns will be accepted. Please review
your work carefully before submission to ensure all details and expectations
are met.

UNPAID ITEMS

Stable Stitchery is not responsible for any unpaid items left in our care for
more than 30 days. Clients are expected to pay for services rendered
promptly upon completion of their project. If payment is not made within 30
days of notification that the item is ready for pickup, the item may be subject
to storage fees or may be deemed abandoned.

ABANDONED ITEMS

If a finished item has not been picked up or arrangements have not been
made within 30 days of completion, the item will become the property of
Stable Stitchery. I reserve the right to retain, sell, or dispose of the item at my
discretion. If you need additional time, please contact me to discuss alternate
arrangements before the 30-day period expires.
